Single-Occupancy Restrooms on Campus


All Gender single-occupancy facilities:

  • Cal Poly Corporation – Building 15, Room 122 – Enter through main entrance. Follow hallways to back right corner of building. Restroom is located by exit and has no signage.
  • Health and Counseling Services – Building 27, Room 129 – Restroom is located to the right of pharmacy windows.
  • Health and Counseling Services – Building 27, Rooms 130 and 133 – Restrooms are located in the Counseling Services hallway.
  • Alumni House – Building 28, Room 8 – Enter through office entrance. Pass reception desk and turn right. Restroom on right. (Barrier: usually reception personnel)
  • Housing Administration – Building 31, Room 109 – Enter through main entrance. Pass reception desk and turn right. Restroom on right and has no room number. (Barrier: usually reception personnel)
  • Housing Administration – Building 31, Rooms 208 and 209 – Enter through main entrance. Pass reception desk and take stairs or elevator to the second floor. Turn left. Restrooms on right and have no room number. (Barrier: usually reception personnel)
  • Rec Center – Building 43, Room 112 – Enter through main entrance. Pass reception desk and turn right. Restroom on left. (Barrier: check out key from reception or equipment desk; requires Rec Center membership)
  • Rec Center – Building 43, Room 173 – Restroom is located on pool deck next to leisure pool and multiple occupancy restrooms. (Barrier: check out key from life guard; requires Rec Center membership)
  • Natatorium – Building 46 – Enter through rightmost door, closest to handicap parking. Restroom is located down stairs and has no room number.
  • Faculty Offices North – Building 47, Rooms 25J and 34J – Restrooms are located at the end of the hallway and have no room number.
  • Spanos Stadium – Building 61, Room 102 – Restroom is located on street concourse of California Blvd side and has no room number.  (Barrier: locked except during events in the venue)
  • Facilities Warehouse – Building 70, Room 102 – Enter through “Facility Services” door. Pass reception desk. Restroom on left and has no room number. (Barrier: usually reception personnel)
  • Poly Canyon Village – Building 171, Rooms A031 and A032 (Aliso 1st floor) – Enter through “Conference and Events Planning” door. Pass reception desk and go down the hall. Take first left. Restrooms on right and have no room number. (Barrier: usually reception personnel)
  • Baker Center for Science & Math – Building 180, Room 120 (1st floor) – Pass multiple occupancy restrooms and go through doors marked “Exit.” Turn left. Restroom on left and is labeled as “handicap accessible toilet.” (Barrier: requires Cal Poly ID card access)
  • Baker Center for Science & Math – Building 180, Room 201 (2nd floor) – Restroom is located next to main foyer across from multiple occupancy bathrooms and is labeled as “handicap accessible toilet” and has no room number.
  • Engineering IV – Building 192, Room 233A (2nd floor) – Enter second floor through outdoor north stairwell. Enter first door on the right and go down the hall. Take first left. Restroom on left and has no room number.

Gendered ("Men" or "Women") single-occupancy facilities:

  • Cal Poly Corporation – Building 15, Rooms 133 and 134 – Enter through right wing door. Restrooms are straight ahead. (Room 133 is gendered Men, Room 134 is gendered Women)
  • Faculty Offices North – Building 47, Rooms 11J, 21N, 23G – Restrooms are located at the end of the hallway and have no room number. (All three restrooms are gendered Men)
  • Poly Canyon Village – Building 171, Rooms I003 and I004 (Inyo 1st floor) – Enter through “Tacos To-Go” and take door in the back of the restaurant to hallway. Turn left. Restrooms have no room number. (Barrier: resident access only when restaurant is closed; Room I003 is gendered Men, Room I004 is gendered Women)
